Hello! I'm Emma, the face behind the flowers at Flourish & Bloom! I live in the beautiful Isle of Man with my fiancé & 2 dogs. My life with flowers began after I graduated from University where I studied Criminology & Criminal Justice - I ended up working at a local florist, this was a temporary job at the time whilst I decided where life was going to take me... Fast forward 5 years and I loved what I was doing, driven by an artistic flare & keen eye for detail I decided to embark on a journey to develop my skills & knowledge in floristry. In 2019 I set up my own little floristry business - Flourish & Bloom was established!!! The business name was inspired by my love of Harry Potter as I knew from the start that I wanted the business to reflect my personality as much as possible. I throw myself into all aspects of day to day roles, from creating & designing, to hand delivering all those fabulous florals. Over 4 years on & Flourish & Bloom is blossoming around me, with so many amazing customers, weddings & events being booked years in advance, it's more than I could have ever dreamt of. My style is characterized by a delicate balance of elegance, simplicity & a touch of whimsy. I take pride in using locally sourced flowers & foliage when possible, supporting the island's flora & showcasing its natural beauty. Whether it's a romantic bouquet for a wedding, a vibrant centrepiece for a special event, or a heartfelt arrangement to convey condolences, I approach each & every project with dedication & a personalized touch!
